I posted this on my other site earlier. Mindset is one of those things that we tend to talk about from a self-defense standpoint but, I think it extends farther than that into everything that you do. With the “right” mindset you are going to be more successful than if you approach an event / training session etc. without a plan and without the drive to accomplish the plan.

Recently, Kyle Defoor put together a short video that consolidates a number of important concepts into a single approach to mindset. The context of this video is a little skewed toward self-defense training but, not that much. Every point is applicable to everyday life, as well as providing you with an approach to you achieve your specific goals.
